What an immaculate product. Soaring ceilings, clean lines, dramatic entries/stairways. Ravenna Homes are hands down some of the nicest homes I’ve ever walked under $1M!! Joe Montgomery and Bret Nordquist are superstars! Please come visit them and mention this review. If I’m brought in the loop on a purchase, I’m confident I can work in some extra incentives $$$$!!!

I worked with Giovanni at Ravenna Homes located in Bridleland in Cypress, Tx on today! Giovanni is simply amazing. His sales technique, was informative, never pushy, full of helpful information about the builder, the materials used, the building process, the design center, what’s standard, what’s not standard, the available lots, and he made sure my buyer and I understood the process. I wish more home sale professionals commutated as Giovanni does. I look forward to bringing more clients to Ravenna Homes but I only want to deal with this guy!!

Update October 2024: Builder home warranty/development team is great- working with Isaac has been a good experience and he’s always there when you need him. He promptly addresses any items that come up. Follow up is needed due to contractor schedules/communication. Really appreciate Isaac and Anthony with the Ravenna builder team. ⭐️ __________________ Update July 2024: The home warranty process is simple and straightforward which is appreciated. However, it has taken 3 months to complete the final walkthrough list due to constant unavailability/rescheduling of contractors. On a positive note the warranty/builder team is very responsive & kind. 5 water leaks in windows/ceiling were also found which is surprising for a quality builder at the price range they work with. My team and I spent about 5 hours learning about Ravenna in Bridgeland. Let me tell you, the whole time it was nothing but generosity and transparency. Giovanni was our guide for the day, able to answer our every question to the T and some. He has represented the builder magnificantly. I would love to bring many clients to Ravenna homes to potentially close with them. Mainly because of transparency and the amount of thought put into customs. Im sure they would appreciate the price difference of materials cost compared to other builders as well. The signature and wideness of the foyer is definitely a beautiful thing to see consistently when touring the homes. Thank you Giovanni for making it a great learning experience.
