I just wanted to take a moment to spotlight our Community Manager, Maxwell Palmer, because he is truly exceptional. Maxwell consistently goes above and beyond for residents, whether it’s answering questions with patience and genuine kindness, helping resolve issues quickly, or simply creating a warm, welcoming environment every time you walk into the office. He plays a huge role in making The Raven feel like home, not just an apartment complex. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here, and that’s rare. His professionalism, positivity, and dedication are a big part of why I chose to renew my lease. The Raven is lucky to have him, and so are we. Highly recommend living here!

Clean, friendly community in a great location. Management does an amazing job of keeping residents engaged with regular activities and food trucks every month, which really makes it feel like home. Huge shoutout to Maxwell (Property Manager), Drexyn (Assistant Manager), Princess (Leasing Consultant), and Dante in maintenance — everyone is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend living here.

I've been living at the Raven since March and it has been a great experience! The leasing staff is so friendly and is always helpful. The community is well maintained and kept up with. They have fun events and food trucks every month as well. They are also very dog friendly! Such a great place to call home!

I had such a seamless leasing experience at the Raven! Princess and the rest of the management made the process so easy and were so welcoming and nice through everything! They made sure to check in with me frequently and they were very helpful during the application process. The property itself is so clean and new and updated and I highly recommend working with Princess and the rest of the staff!
