Where do i even begin? Ima try to keep it short, but there is nothing sweet about it! DISGUSTING! This place belongs in a different location! The only reason i stood here for the years that i did was because of how convenient it is to the stores. The front office people DO NOT CARE, they have the nastiest attitudes for no reason. Management had me without hot water for a month in the winter, & 2 months without AC in the summer, they brought an ac window unit that was filled with mold & smelled so bad when it was running. Mind you i have small children. The maintenance men are rude & very creepy! & they lie about completing a work order. There is no parent supervision, they allow their kids to run all over this place. Kids sit on cars & play in the streets hitting your cars with footballs &

If I could give no stars I would. This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for”, the only good thing is that it’s low income. You have to be on the workers behind to get anything fixed. You call the office & when the leasing agent answers she almost always has an attitude, never puts in any work orders when you call to have one made. Since April of 2025, I’ve had to call almost every month to have my ac fixed but when they come the maintenance people are using their phones to search on YouTube on how to fix it. These people aren’t even trained properly in anything. They will post your requests as completed even though nothing was done about it, they don’t care about your living situation as long as you pay your rent on time but the moment you don’t pay on time or in full they

If I could give this apartment complex a zero star I would. My mom and I moved in here back in January of 2023. We have been here for a little over 3 years now. Within living here for a year, we started getting the German roaches, my mom has called and emailed the front office. Nothing has happened. My mom has spent lots of money on hot spot spray cans. We've tried baking soda, regular honey. And even the roach killer that they take to their nest and they are supposed to die. But they keep multiplying! I have pictures of these roaches. My mom and I are very DISAPPOINTED of the front office because they're NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT! We have been dealing with this for 2 YEARS! 2 YEARS! No one wants roaches crawling out from their walls! And finally after 2 Whole years my mom finally hear

We inquired about an available apartment listed on Zillow. The woman who answered the phone was rude to my wife and very snide. Told my wife there was a 2-3 year waiting list. Sounded like me that the person in the office thought our call and inquiry was inconveniencing her. She definitely needs to be fired.

ATROCIOUS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE , UNINHABITABLE, SQUALOR a living NIGHTMARE. FRAUD CHARGING FOR AMENITIES THAT WE DON’T HAVE ! THERE IS NO CAR VACCUM , NO VOLLEYBALL COURT , NO FITNESS CENTER THE POOL IS CLOSED MOSTLY ALL YEAR LONG !!! Maintenance is TERRIBLE!! They DON’T KNOW how to FIX , REPAIR, INSTALL , CLEAN , DISPOSE OF GARBAGE, OR MAKE RENOVATIONS , THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS! HOW IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN ABOUT 80 years old ??!THE MAILBOXES HAVE A WHOLE BUNCH OF NASTY INSECTS LIVING AND GROWING EVERYWHERE , THE GARBAGE IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING AND LEFT ON THE FLOOR FOR DAYS SOMETIMES WEEKS IN FRONT OF THE DISPOSABLE. THE STREETS ARE ALL DAMAGED THEY HAVE HOLE’S SO DEEP YOU CAN MAKE A MINI POOL !!! I reside in the back area and THERE IS NO LIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE BUT THERE IS A CITY
