Ravello at Tuscan Lakes Apartments

I absolutely love living at Ravello! From the very first day, the staff made me feel completely at home. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming—it really creates such a positive and comforting atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights for me is how amazingly pet friendly this community is. Whether you have a dog or a cat, they go above and beyond to make sure your furry companions feel just as welcome as you do. As a cat owner, it meant the world to me that my cat was not only accepted but truly appreciated here. There are even cozy spots and sunny windows that my kitty loves to lounge in! While me and my roommate ended up not moving into this complex, it was of no fault to this place or the people who work in it. the place looked clean, the outside presentation looked beautiful. The inside of the 2 bed and 2 bath apartment was spacious and kept-up. Jennavive was nothing but kind and courteous with us during the tour we had, as well as with any follow-up questions that we may have had, as well as providing us with updates on availability. This complex is one I hope to consider home one day, if that opportunity presents itself in the future.

I was charged over the price of rent after it was time to move out. I was was nickeled and dimed for literally every single thing they possibly could have charged for.. I’ve rented from several apartments and have never had that issue. The staff was great. The gates don’t work sometimes. disappointed in the lack of integrity when it was time to move out. I took exceptional care of my place.

Such a beautiful property! Coffee with The Manager, Conner is my favorite. The pool area is so nice and relaxing!

When I decided to move into an apartment complex I was a little anxious after years of big home living. (Esp seeing complaints & trouble expressed on FB etc about apartment living.) I cannot express the gratitude & pleasure it’s been to move into what I call “The Resort” I now live at. The team here at Ravello have taken such good care of me no matter what issues may arise - they are not only “Johnny on the Spot” - they truly care about their residents & their comfort.
