I worked with Albert and he was a great help throughout the entire home buying process. I would recommend him and Caliber to anyone who is purchasing a home especially for the first time. Albert made the first experience a smooth and easy process. He explained every step in detail and was practically available 24/7 for me when I had questions or concerns. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Honestly, this was the best team to work with. I enjoyed the fact that they kept everything straight with me and gave me a lot of motivation to continue with the whole process because you do have to have patience. Sergio was such a professional and such a spirit for this home loan to close, he has on top of everything. For a future purchase will definitely be coming to Caliber Home Loans again.
