DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I am a contractor that was hired to do work through guaranteed rate, this one in specific…I was dealing with Caitlyn McMahon & John meadows with the renovations department, they are horrible people. They made me do way more work than the initial scope to even get to my pay, then threatened not to pay me because I called them multiple times wanting to know when I was going to be paid for my services, after all of this they wildly threatened me with the police because I was “freaking” them out by calling 2x . NEVER DO BUSINESS
