Ratchford is great! They are always quick to solve any maintenance issues and have been a pleasure to rent from.

I just have to give a shoutout to Ratchford Properties! We have been renting from them for a year and a half now, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Anytime we have had an issue with our property, they have handled it quickly and efficiently. And if there is ever a delay or any kind of update, they always communicate with us in a timely manner. It is so refreshing to work with a property management company that truly cares about their tenants. Thank you, Ratchford Properties, for making our renting experience a positive one!

After 7yrs of living with Family/Friends due to unfortunate circumstances. I am so blessed to be Leasing through Ratchford Properties LLC. They really do go above and beyond what any other Landlord / property owner would. They are always quick to reply and be available for any maintenance issues or concerns you may have. I can honestly say I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. They are truly so nice, are always friendly, and make me feel welcomed. Check out their properties online! There is always room for growth but I have enjoyed renting from Ratchford. I’ve never had less than 24 hr notice to enter my property and they are always careful as I do have a puppy. The communication could improve with quicker responses however emailing is always better than calling them. I do think the cleaning prior to moving in needs much improvement but I’ve always felt safe and heard.

Would not recommend. I rented here with someone and they threatened to sue us for leaving a bad review after our experience was less than pleasant. Yikes. Edit: I rented one of their properties for a nearly a year with my former partner. They are denying ever having rented to us simply because we're leaving bad reviews that accurately depict our poor experience renting with this company. Not only that, they denied ever threatening to sue my former partner (it's literally in black and white on her review) who simply shared her one star review of the company after leasing with them for a year. This is absolutely bizarre and unhinged behavior so I think both reviews should stay up and people should be aware.
