RAS Title, LLC.

We are the sellers and I have never experienced the lack of communication and poor responsiveness from a Title Company. It appears they did not conduct a search correctly nor did they ask about any outstanding home improvement loans on the house. We would have assumed due diligence would be their priority for their buyers. Our closing is soon and now they are asking questions when we have been trying to communicate with them via telephone and only receive emails with unclear messages. I would never recommend this Company if the Boca Raton, FL location is representation of the experience we have had. In my opinion, they are only responsive when needed on their time frame or whatever is most convenient from them.

Great experience with RAS Title. Definitely recommend their services. Shirley M was our main point of contact and she was amazing! Very responsive and turn around time was very quick for our transaction.

RAS Title has been unresponsive and unwilling to resolve issues that they created with my closing documents. I would not recommend them, buyers beware!!!!
