Tyler and his team were AMAZING!!! While the road to get our home sold required several components and professionals, Tyler and his team at Rarebird Real Estate were the ONLY professionals that I did not have to check on and manage. Thank goodness for honest professionals like Tyler. Leaders of integrity and strong values that clearly inform and influence their team. Property Management company is horrible DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. When asked on their responsibilities, Eric said "maintaining the property and keeping it habitable". Yet, they allegedly have no responsibility or liability for fixing areas of the property that has been broken into, nor is it their alleged responsibility to put in preventative care to protect tenants from defection. Despite the fact that we have proof of these events. What is their belief? They are property management company that has no responsibility over the property. They DO NOT respond to maintenance requests. They DO NOT consider protecting the property from bio hazard and break-ins their responsibility as a property manager. They DO NOT offer any access to support and they WILL consider you asking about their

What do I like about this business? Everything, beginning with their genuine interest in their clients best interest. They really care. They are creative thinkers and they execute strategy flawlessly. Zoning added a layer of complication to selling our property. Their understanding and approach helped us achieve and exceed our goals.

We are all from out-of-state and moved to Portland a couple of months ago. The search for housing was made incredibly easy with RareBird's expansive property portfolio. Constant communication with Chris Shaul gave us the confidence to sign the lease before seeing the property in person. Chris has done a great job of responding to calls, texts, emails, etc. promptly. Also the RareBird online portal makes it extremely easy for tenants to pay rent and submit service requests.

Working with Tyler and his team was a great experience. On top of details and making sure we maximized value. I would highly recommend working with them.
