slum lord. good place to live if youre poor, as i am. apartments fine enough but management will only fix utilities in your unit if it negatively affects their finances, theres little to no regard to repairs otherwise. very clear lack of care to tenants bec Dennis is a slumlord. my tenancy has been actively threatened by Dennis when i requested to have an ongoing issue with my window fixed. it is a nice place to live when youre struggling financially; the apartment itself is nice. just know if you move in, none of your repairs/complaints will be dealt with unless it affects their income (they only fix issues in my apartment when it runs up their water bill). if you're broke, this is genuinely a very nice place. Terrible landlords. Bed bugs. Late on rent a week? You'll get mail from the courts for a judgement. Maintence men are creepy. They are also trump supporters so there's that. If you want your security deposit back, do not rent with dennis simoes or this company. They'll blame you for things and take it out of your deposit that were there before you moved it. Make sure you do a thorough walkthrough before you move in with them. They'll take advantage of the fact they didn't by making you pay for things you didn't do. Dennis Simoes is the true definition of a demonic landlord and deserves to get his license or whatever it takes (not much apparently) to be a landlord. He's TRASH.

The worst slumlord ever, me and my mother rented one of his apartments, ror 5 years.was supposed to move us to the first floor because my mother is 74 and disabled ,he reneged on that deal . . I fell in his parking and broke both my kneecaps because of a sewer line that didn't have a lid on it, I'm suing him so he asked me to leave, saying he wanted to renovate, which he DID NOTHING of the sort, and then better yet the woman woman Pam that works for him talks to you like you're retarded . They will try to get money out of you for maintenance, I had to wait 6 months for a stove that actually worked right and he had the audacity to say me , "What, do you want to bake cookies or something" 🤦‍♀️ .
