Horrible experience that resulted in us closing much later than expected!!! My wife and I recently bought a house and we were deciding between Rapid Mortgage and another lender. We had a quick turnaround to close and needed information quickly. Tiffany was great to work with but Tyler Maynard was not as responsive once we were gathering numbers. The other lender was much more transparent and responsive. After repeatedly telling Tyler that we were still shopping and just needed his estimate, we finally received it close to our deadline for making a decision. Their offer was not as good as the other so we decided to proceed with Rapid. When I first signed up with the rapid mortgage, I thought it was gonna be a long drawn out situation, but they handled most of me. Everything got me through all the paperwork. It was a VA loan. I didn’t have to do anything. I didn’t have to leave my house and they got me through it And I closed with no one VA loan with no money out-of-pocket cash out and I think they handled everything just perfect. If I had to go over again I was reluctant to do it but the way they handled me and done they work for me. I would do it again with rabbit mortgage. I was reluctant to do it because everybody else had to have this. She had to have that and I don’t I don’t like doing a whole bunch of stuff like that but they handle everything for me mostly so I’m grateful I’m glad it’s over with and I got my refi

Chris was very helpful, patience with me in explaining how the process work for second round buying my forever home. He nice and concerned that I understand the process. Most Companies don't do that.
