Daniel fixed our sink today and did a great job. He was efficient and made sure everything was working properly. The repair was done quickly and the area was left clean. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him to others.

Our family moved in just two weeks ago, and we assumed the apartment would be move-in ready. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The blinds were broken, the walls weren’t freshly painted and even had holes, the bathroom closet was missing, and the microwave doesn’t work. When we arrived, we thought the gas was already running since we had set up service with People’s Gas a week before. It turns out the issue was with the unit, the basement meter wasn’t opened. People’s Gas wanted to inspect the meter, but management refused to let them borrow the key, giving excuse after excuse. As a result, we had no gas or heat for four days. This is a review for the Rany Wolcott properties.This has been a very disappointing situation all around, as my partner and I were quite excited about the apartment and the location, but unresponsiveness and failure to address unsafe and unsanitary living conditions have started the relationship poorly. Starting with the good, Noel, our leasing agent, was excellent. Very responsive about answering all of our questions ahead of move-in. Now for the rest, since move-in, it has been a different story. We moved into a unit with a host of high-priority issues requiring maintenance. The back entrance would not lock at all, the front door lock stuck, and there was little water pressure going to the bathroom sink. My mom and I have been residents of 4180 N Marine Drive for 22yrs and 3 months. We've seen a lot of changes in management and staff, and we can honestly say that this group is PHENOMENAL!!! My mom and I call the Polo Towers crew "The X-Men of Polo Towers". From Daniel, Alberto, Napolean, and building Manager Homero, these guys get the job done. I moved into my new establishment a week ago and these are the standards when moving-in and paying a $300 move-in fee: Hallway light is broken, the apartment had a lingering smell of cat litter up until I cleaned the walls, floors, and did a complete detox of the apartment. An electrical unit in my apartment doesn’t work, the shower tub keeps filling with water, the surfaces were all still grimy and filthy, and all the window screens were not replaced when moving in. (And there’s no cooling in the apartment and I’m allergic to bees making this a safety issue) The oven and toilet were not cleaned. The shower tub had bugs in it.
