I've been living here for 4 1/2 years so far, and love it. I generally buy a home instead of rent, but Randolph Arms is such a special place, I don't want to let it go. High ceilings, classic architecture, wide verandas, reasonable rent, and good management make this a great place to come home to. The setting is so quiet and beautiful, you'd never know you were living in a city.
The apartment manager, Shelley, is truly an angel.
Medium service, only complaint is poor "free" internet.
Loved living here 2015-2017
