Terrible place to live, I live here, management sucks big time, they don't return calls, emails or texts then blame it the phone companies like Verizon, being the problem. The water was out for 5 days, no updates, main office stayed locked. Here are pictures of the playground equipment with nails that cut the kids up pretty bad, was told "it's play at your own risk!" Honestly, the whole process moving into Rand was super easy. The application was simple and quick to fill out online, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. The staff was really nice and kept me updated the whole time so I never felt lost in the process. Move-in day went smooth too - my apartment was clean, everything was ready, and they made sure I had all the info I needed. Setting up utilities and getting settled was no hassle at all. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. Definitely one of the easiest move-ins I’ve ever had!

We are starting our 3rd yr here and the office staff and maintenance crew are great! We have had some good updates with blding and grounds.

Been living here for 4 years? I love it, I live in one of the older units but never had issues. The apartment manager Lisa is sweet and understanding and we have the best maintenance man you could ask for. Never have much of a problem with neighbors. The majority of people have lived here for years but we have a few units that seem to rotate people a few times a year. Laundry rooms are kept nice and clean. The hallways could use a good power washing to get stains and dirt up but other than that I feel like they are safe and kid friendly. Only downside is they don’t allow pets. I really wish they would rethink that policy. Most of us would be fine paying a pet deposit or pet rent to keep a fury friend.

Quiet place to live. If you're needing a short lease it's great. They only put you in a 6mo lease instead of a yr. Office staff is great & maintenance is wonderful. Gets to your problem within hrs. Apartments are spacious & well kept. They come monthly to change your air filter & spray your kitchen for pest control. Really enjoy living in this apartment complex.
