The apartments look really nice. There is a lot of space here to walk. The maintenance staff are usually really helpful. The shower water switched quickly from too hot to too cold when I first moved in but they fixed that after awhile, I think they put in new water heaters. The Metro Link horns, freight train horns, planes and helicopters are too loud here and the rent went up to $1,631.00 a month. Also, some of the residents here want money and they are trying to keep everyone especially me from sleeping by slamming their front doors, closet doors, hitting pots on their sinks and yelling. They also want people to leave in the morning which is strange especially because of the excessive amount of noise here. Everyone keeps to themselves unless you want to chat. Response time to maintenance is quick. The place gets cleaned up daily and kids run around because they feel safe. Im very happy to live here.

We’ve been without hot water for 4 days with zero communication or updates from anyone! It’s really sad they have no regards for the health or well being for the residents here. I have reached out multiple times only to get some round about answer. I understand sometimes there are things that are out of our control but be courteous enough to update people with the status. If you can send emails about pumpkin decorating you can send updates. Such a joke!

Clean apartments but the need better security. Daughter had her clothes stolen from laundry area because its not secure. Car broken into, tags stolen off car. To many rent increases and not a couple of bucks. Was affordable for a single person

I don't feel safe in this community. Last week some one stolen my car number plates. I requested lease office staff to check the CC camera and I even requested for an appointment to walk in to the lease office but I didn't get proper response. I am very disappointed.
