As someone who was seriously considering moving here, I’d be cautious. After doing some research, I’ve seen multiple concerns about frequent management changes (three times in a few years) and high turnover with maintenance staff. That makes me question how consistently repairs are handled. I’ve also read about issues like leaks and even mold being dismissed which is concerning it feels like management could care less as long as you move in. I tried calling the office multiple times on different days it’s like they refuse to pick up. Finally, Savannah the leasing agent in the office answered and immediately came across as rude and unprofessional, like I was bothering her with simple questions. The trash situation is very bad. I'm starting to hate this place. We pay 1900 a month, which is grossly overpriced compared to the surrounding property. We can't even use what we pay for. They can't seem to keep anyone employed either as the office staff has changed 3 times since we moved in. I'd stay away for now. Update: we moved out a few weeks ago and found mold in our bedroom, mold behind the refrigerator and mold in our daughters room. We've told them this before we moved I think was a year ago and just told us to clean with a bleach solution. We did and it came back. We had to throw alot away when we moved because mold got to it. Beware of this place!

Apartment complex is fantastic. Any matientance issues are dealt with in a timely manner, grounds are kept clean, and Apartments are nice, and leasing office is great at keeping residents informed.

Wonderful quiet complex, great apartments. I wish we had a renovated apartment, that would be my only complaint as the building is older and has very old appliances provided. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive and have helped in most scenarios. Parking is good, I would recommend that the gate encloses the entire parking lot to prevent car theft, but it is gated within the apartments and that adds to an overall feeling of safety.
