Living here has been a great experience. The houses are spaceous, well designed and the community feels safe and welcoming. Management is responsive and professional; any requests are handled quickly. It’s peaceful, convenient to shops and restaurants, and the neighbors are respectful. Easily one of the best places I’ve rented, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

Debra was great to work with. I joined my friend on her tour as I am also looking to move by end of year. She was knowledgeable about the community and really made us fall more in love with the community. We liked that she is hosting resident events and was even kind enough to invite us to the Taco Truck event she has coming up on Friday. Once we are closer to our December move in date, we definitely plan on renting here. Thanks again Debra for your hospitality.

We’ve lived here for a few months now and absolutely love the area. The units are spacious with modern touches, and the landscaping is always well maintained, which is a huge plus. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with our washer, but both times maintenance responded quickly and resolved them. The only thing we wish the community had is a dedicated space for kids—like a small park or playground.

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that make it feel instantly welcoming. Every room strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style, with modern finishes that still give off a warm, cozy vibe…especially the doors, im 6.4 amd the doors are super high, a plus for me. The living spaces are bright and spacious and love the way its an open space with a kitchen fully equipped with high-quality appliances, making cooking a joy. Bedrooms are more than medium size, but still looks good. Overall, this house is more than just a place to stay, it feels like a home with a great surrounding community. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Since day one it has been a lovely and easy experience. We love the neighborhood and the home we chose. Our kids are able to play outside safely while neighbors are being mindful and cautious of little bodies outside playing. Management has been nice to work with.
