Rancho Serene

Five months in, and I’m getting really comfortable in both the area and this apartment complex. The location is great, right in the middle of everything and just minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. Like any apartment, there are always a few challenges(there’s no such thing as a perfect apartment), but the team here was quick to respond. Within just a few days, they were able to take care of the issues and make the place feel whole again. Huge thanks to Stephanie in the leasing office and the maintenance team - Jonny, Pedro, and Kevin. The whole team truly goes above and beyond. I haven’t had the chance to try the amenities like the gym or pool yet because of my work schedule, but I’m sure I’ll get around to it someday

This place is a great gem! It’s right off the freeway and there’s plenty of shopping centers around. My gym is down the street but they have a 24 hr gym on their property. 😍 The girls in the office were super nice. I spoke with Veronica and Stephanie and they gave me all the information that I needed for my move in October. Safe to say, I’ll be coming back and putting in my application. Thanks ladies!

hasn’t fixed my boyfriends leaking roof for over 2 months and won’t respond to any emails about it and won’t even talk in person about the mold issue due to the leak. they won’t address the mold at all or have anyone come investigate! terrible management and communication.

We have just moved in and during this time I have seen an excellent organization, excellent attention from the assistant manager and the manager as well. also the man who performs maintenance in general. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Thank you - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

DO NOT MOVE HERE You will regret it. Unresponsive management. Try to request service, and they wont schedule it since they always forgot. Roaches everywhere. Broken cabinets. No response from management, since they operate the place like slumlord would. Everything is falling apart, the a/c units are about 30 years old. Broken gates too much in disrepair. Broken down, unregistered vehicles everywhere on the property. Homeless people rummaging through the trash and sleeping nearby. No security. Police holding guns outside at 4 a.m. ? Still want to live here? This property is operated solely for the profits of an out-of- state owner. You will get a surprise bill should you ever move, for thousands of dollars for normal wear and tear. Promotions for the management for shafting the
