Rancho Ocaso Apartments

I’ve been here for three years now. I feel super safe living here. There is a nighttime security guard that drives around. My dog loves him. The staff is super helpful. It’s rare that anything needs fixing. If there is something, the staff is super helpful. The pool is well kept and really beautiful. As well as the grilling areas. The gym actually has pretty great equipment. And the office dog that the other lady was talking about is a small 6 pound fluffy sweet dog. I was actually in the gym that day when she sent her son in, because she was scared of the little dog. Seems silly, to send your CHILD in the office instead of you, if you thought the dog was scary…? Who also seemed to be able to take care of himself since he grabbed the dog by the neck! Like…what?! The staff is super friendly

Living here has been such a great experience! The community feels so warm and welcoming, and one of the best parts is Bentley, the sweetest, most well-behaved little pup in the office. Seeing him around always brightens my day. He is the cutest greeter when you come thru the door. His little face and perfect temper had me asking if he was famous! (Which he almost is!). The staff is also beyond amazing. Silvia is my go to girl! She's so kind, never makes you feel like a burden and truly goes above and beyond to help residents. She’s always quick to respond and makes sure everything runs smoothly, and continues to ask days later if everything was resolved to my liking! Between Bentleys charm and Silvias support, this place will stay my home!

I loved living here! Office personnel was always so professional! Maintenance was on spot all the time. My apartment was beautiful, I hated that I had to leave it all behind for a job in another state :(

I love living here. It's pet-friendly, affordable, quiet, and safe. All my maintenance requests have been taken care of immediately, and the people who work in the front office are totally kind and caring. There are a ton of included amenities. I've been here for 3 months so far and I definitely recommend.
