Rancho Mirage Apartments

These owners never use their cars and are always in the same spot. What they do is swap each parking spot with a different car. This is inconsiderate because they are there all day which means they don't work and the owners don't work. They are taking the spot for other residents that work, have to run errands, use all of their cars, have a disability and pay rent. These are apartments not a mortgage to not be considerate about other neighbors. Please if you move between the building of 20-25 report these people. Their new addition is the white Nissan. If we don't complain the office won't do anything about it. We need a paper trail to be able to go up to corporate and perhaps bring in a lawyer because the manager is not doing anything about. I recently moved in at Rancho Mirage it is a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for getting around the city, and the community is very pleasant. I especially appreciated the promptness of the maintenance team and the helpfulness of the leasing office staff, Beatriz Fernandez. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

David in Maintenance is great! He’s Super knowledgeable and friendly. He was familiar with the two plumbing issues I had and fixed them both quickly and professionally.

Communication about building access was poor—keys or entry systems would change without notice, and you only found out once your key stopped working. The leasing office repeatedly provided inconsistent and incorrect information about lease terms and move-out procedures, creating unnecessary stress. In particular, Jessica Carter was unpleasant to interact with and consistently came across as dismissive and unhelpful when clarification or assistance was requested.
