Rancho De Montana Apartments

I lived at Rancho De Montana for two years and had a very positive experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near a variety of stores, restaurants, and other essential services. The staff and maintenance team are consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. In particular, Anita and Kelly in the office have always gone above and beyond to assist whenever needed. They were responsive and dedicated to resolving any concerns as quickly as possible. Overall, I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service during my time at Rancho De Montana.

We lived here for about 3 years, out of all the staff the maintenance men were ALWAYS the nicest most helpful employees. The women in the office were always dismissive, rude and lazy. I can see them sending one of the Hispanic maintenance workers to check rather than follow proper procedure. It breaks my heart because I interacted with the involved parties often and like I said always so sweet and helpful. The place was perfectly fine while we were there, but things changed so we left.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years now. We absolutely love the place. We love the pool in the summertime and the community's landscape. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Also, Anita and Kelly at the front office are delightful. They respond fast to maintenance issues. We love it here!

My husband and i have been living here for a year now. We're aware of the tragedy that took place last year. Of course, it's a very unfortunate and isolated incident. You can't dismiss how nice and well kept the complex is, or the overall peacefulness that we've experience since we've been here. Please don't let one unfortunate tragedy, which is the only reason for the overall 3.1 star rating, detour you from moving into this beautiful complex. This could have happen anywhere at any time, because you never know who you're living next to or who you can trust. The staff has been really awesome since our move in, especially Kelly; who we've had more interactions with. We look forward to living here for years to come!
