Just moved out of these apartments, and if I could rate them a 0, I would. Management is terrible. Several residents are currently suing, and there are a large number of vacant units due to constant rent increases and how poorly issues are handled. Every neighbor I had has moved out, and none renewed their lease. The office team is sneaky and unprofessional. They even went as far as reposting an old review written by my boyfriend from before things went downhill, as if email addresses can’t be seen on public reviews and matched to his REAL account info lol. The office staff clearly does not know how to manage day-to-day operations—you often have to explain their own job to them. Adrian and Valerie should not be in management. I had a wonderful experience visiting Ranch Three0Five. Adrian greeted me with positive energy and warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. My experience at The Ranch 305 has been a mix of positives and disappointments. While the complex has potential and some commendable staff, there are several areas that require significant improvement to meet residents’ expectations. One of the most concerning issues has been the lack of communication from management, especially regarding important matters. I was surprised to learn that the general email for the complex is not regularly monitored, and residents are expected to reach out to individual staff emails instead. This policy has led to delays and a lack of responsiveness that is both frustrating and disheartening. Not gonna lie…. We have had ups and downs however, the leasing office staff is fair, they will do what they can to assist in anyway they’re able to. Property is always well maintained and maintenance requests are few and far between but handled quickly and efficiently. The new company has already started with new plans on the grounds and the improvements are going to be amazing!!!!!

I did not end up going with RanchThreeOFive because I had somewhere else better as far as location for me, but I did have a great experience with Brianna. I made an appointment and she gave us a tour. She was very professional and answered all our questions.
