Ranch at 1856 Apartments

I highly recommend Ranch at 1856 Apartments! The property is always very clean, well-maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping the community looking great. Kimberly in the front office is such a sweet, kind, and knowledgeable woman. She truly does right by her tenants and employees and always makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team is also great — they are fast, reliable, and do quality work. It’s comforting knowing that if something needs fixing, it will be handled properly. Overall, this is a great place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! Melissa, the manager, is always so understanding and easy to talk to. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance is also very attentive and quick to handle any request. Because of the amazing service and how well the community is managed, I’ll definitely be renewing my lease. Highly recommend living here! GOOD JOB GUYS WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT!

I’ve lived here at The 1856 for 3 years now. I can honestly say that had things been anywhere near as bad as stated by others I would have never renewed my lease. All my maintenance requests have been handled on the same day as requested or the very next day. Issues with roaches did not appear until very recently and my unit is treated regularly to avoid an infestation. Roaches are caused by slobs who leave food out overnight in various parts of the unit. Like anything else people like to complain about everything, why because they hate paying rent. But in this life you either pay rent or you have a mortgage payment. I am a senior living alone in a 2 bedroom unit, I’ve felt safe here, never had issues with neighbors and will stay here until I hit a huge jackpot and can once again aff

Never-ending problems from the new management under Kimberly. I have not been able to log into my resident portal for at least a month, if not longer. I brought this up multiple times to the leasing office and Kimberly herself, to which I was ignored, either intentionally or unintentionally. Because of this, I quite literally do not know my balance and I physically cannot pay my rent. I finally got a hold of the office today and they resolved this issue for me immediately, which was great. Upon logging in, I see a late fee due to my not being helped until today (the 4th). I explained to Kimberly that I emailed them to an address THEY provided on the 2nd (Kimberly explains to me this email is invalid) and called and left a voicemail yesterday (around noon on the 3rd) to try and have this
