Ram's Village

Fun amenities, slow but responsive maintenance team, and an overall great community. It's nothing lavish but it is a great introductory apartment. (Could use some more parking, though. Half the time I had to park multiple blocks away.)

Rams Village is the best ever! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, but the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Extremely timely, polite, helpful, and kind they deserve a raise!!! I would recommend anyone live here !

Living here has been fine. It’s expensive for what you get, but comparatively to what’s around it the price is okay. If you value safety and notifications about your own and your belongings safety then this is not the place for you. About two weeks ago, they put out paper notices on our bikes that if we didn’t remove those tags by August 6th, they would take our bikes. Rather than stay in the 21st century and email their residents about this, Rams Village took to paper notices tacked onto our bikes. Of course, this news fell into the wrong hands and the day of the 6th Rams Village collected bikes and so did thieves! My boyfriend and I literally thought someone broke into our apartment because we weren't notified about emergency maintenance. While its not required by law, there was no indication given about any entrance after they had left, leading us to be concerned about the changes to our apartment while we were gone. Along with this, they performed non-emergency maintenance while in our apartment, leaving trash in our apartment, turning our ac off and leaving it off in the middle of our 100-degree summer, changing lightbulbs, and moving our property for maintenance unrelated to the emergency. There has been a consistent failure with their notification and communication with maintenance, as about 1 month prior to this maintenance incident they entered our apartment while I was in my underwear. I would recommend Rams Village. They are not the best apartments I have ever seen, but for the price and location I think they are definitely worth it. Some of the things break (lights, chairs, bad sink drains), but I have never had an issue contacting maintenance and getting them to fix things. I have also never had an issue with noise, but I have always asked for apartments close to the main office to avoid this issue. I have lived at Rams Village for 3 years (straight out of the dorms, through my senior year), and it is by far my favorite college apartment I have seen so far.
