I’ve been trying to get an accounting issue resolved for over 60 days. The lady at the front desk is rude and nasty and refuses to even listen when trying to speak to anyone past her. She can’t help my situation but somehow feels entitled and in charge and won’t let me speak to anyone past her.

We “forfeited” our lease which was approved by the property manager that we would just pay till they found a new tenant. Well now they tell me I owe $2500 and my credit is down the drain. But when I talk to anyone at boardwalk place apartments they tell me that latter and blum owe ME almost $1000 for me over paying. They say they’ve sent it to accounting and it’s just in “limbo” and they have given me the number to accounting that I’ve called numerous times to no answer. I’ve called every latter and Blum number on the Internet I’ve left voicemails but no call back. Latter and Blum doesn’t even deserve the one star it’s terrible maintenance service, the front office people at the apartments don’t even know what they’re doing the whole time. The property manager tells me she’s got it handle

I used to live at one of their apartments, Cottages at Corporate and moved out early August. It is late October and still do not have my deposit. I have called numerous times and nobody seems to be able to get to the bottom of the issue. I moved to a nearby state and now have to go back to BR to file a claim to get my money back. It’s completely ridiculous and no one shows any sense of urgency. I understand that they do not care (obviously) about my situation but I truly don’t know how hard it is to write a check

Very disappointing living in a home in Gonzales paying way over what we should at a point the AC unit went out the first week have not 1 not 2 but 3 leaks in the roof that have gone all the way to the living space. The front door is warped to where my AC unit is always on because it's hot. Getting a request to have things fixed takes too long and my kids had to stay here while it was 83 degrees and they refused to have someone come on the weekend and waited from it going out on a Thursday till Monday. Will never do business with this company again and possible legal action.

Applied for a apartment with Village Green Apartments Owned by Latter &Blum. Was denied have yet to get my $335.00 deposit back. It's been over three weeks. Will take legal action if necessary.
