Rama Apartments

YOUR staff (JANET) is a good promoter of this Apartment. I initially intended to spent only a year as the previous reviews of the place/environment has proven. But for her human relations ; I'm in my third year with this Apartment. I will not hesitate to recommend her as a manager / raise of salary to whom it may concern. Also implore the management of this property to improve on our security and parking space for residents reasonably. Appreciate.

I would give no starts but this won’t let me post this. The manager Karla is so disrespectful and also try to steal a rent money order, when my mom confront her she said she didn’t have it but when my mom told her she was gonna call police she came to my mom and throw her the money order. I used to lived in Villa cancun also and she just because of that she didn’t renew my contract and I had to move out.

I lived here for 6 months! I wont recommend the apartment to anyone. 1. The manager is not attentive in sending maintenance people. you have to pester her to send them. 2. the roof in my apartment leaks. 3. the neighborhood is not nice as there are prostitutes and drug addicts everywhere! 4. its a dirty looking place for the money. 5. Your mails get stolen and alot of people drink and its so noisy! if you are looking for a place fast then this place is for you they dont have many restrictions when it comes to renting out the place. they dont ask for check stubs.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is very good they come out quickly if I have an emergency in my apartment. They have also been remodeled inside and out. I will recommend to family and friends.

07/31/18 Property manager tells me to move out if I don't like the fact my hot water is off every week and I'm not properly notice. He also told me not to complain because I'm not paying an arm and a leg for the apartment basically saying deal with whatever because your not paying much to be here . . Unprofessional !
