I’m absolutely in love with my new apartment! Daneska is amazing — she handles everything with ease and professionalism. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ernesto was also incredibly friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. So happy and grateful to have moved here with my husband!

The building is very clean ,pool área is also very clean,the office personel are very proffesional .Im happy to live here. .

YOU DONT WANNA LIVE THERE! BUILDING FULLY INFESTED WITH ROACHES AFTER 3 YEARS SINCE OPENING! One of the worst management teams I have ever encountered! They do everything to avoid actually fixing problems! All tenants pay for pest control that is never performed! A 3-year-old building is fully infested with roaches from the 1st to the 15th floor. I have sent several requests for pest control, but all have been ignored. I have reported it to all available institutions and there is an ongoing investigation! On top of that, they can’t read the clock! My family and I were accused of letting thieves into the building. She threatened to call the cops, etc. Overall, she had the time wrong the entire time! These people who left review below has never lived in this building!
