The apartments are clean and in good condition. If there is ever an issue the maintenance crew is great and come fix it very quickly. The office staff is exceptional, even more special is Michele - she is very kind, and genuinely wants to do anything she can to help.

The staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive. The leasing office and maintenance teams go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and residents feel at home. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open layout, updated appliances, and the natural light that fills the space. The community amenities are nice, the gym is always clean and well-equipped, and the common areas are beautifully maintained. The location is another huge plus. It's just minutes from downtown Boca Raton, Mizner Park, beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. Whether you're working from home or commuting, it’s super convenient.

The communication at RAM has always been consistent. From start to finish, they are all great, including their accounting department, to the leasing office, to maintenance. All have been responsive and easy to deal with. I have been leasing from RAM for over 4 years and love the relationship my company has built with them.
