Ram is my go to title company. They are extremely courteous and professional and get the job done so efficiently. They go above and beyond and provide such good customer service. Special shoutouts to Sue, Jenna, David, Karen S and Jen Cook for always getting our office to the finish line.

Bought a home in 2018 and they were my title company. Trying to sell the house now and have 2 open permits that were never reported or disclosed. One permit was open in 1999 and the other in 2012. Nothing in the closing packet showing any of the COs the house had. When I called to get the records, they said my file were corrupted. Shady company. If you see them as your title company, run! Disgusting. You pay them and put your trust for them to do their job correctly. I don't blame the town, went to the town hall and they found the open permits in under a minute.

There is unlawful shady business practice with this title company! Monies that are in escrow account are being used with out clients approval. Robbing Peter to feed Paul with clients escrow monies! They Wait for other closing to come in so they can take other clients monies to replace what was in escrow. They cant come up with my $250,000 dollars that was in their escrow account it's been over 16 days I cannot get wire confirmation on where's my Monies! FULL INVESTIGATION! Beware of this title company it is a scam!
