Ralston Park Apartments

I lived at Ralston Park Apartments for almost three years and tell everyone what an amazing place this is. My rent has never increased and they have taken tenant feedback into account when making decisions such as smoke free buildings. The maintenance team is the best I’ve had in an apartment and typically have my issues fixed within 24 hours. The office staff is wonderful and host small gatherings and parties for residents. It’s an extremely homey and family oriented place to live. There was also flexibility when it came to me moving with the option of 1 year, 6 months or month to month rent. This made my transition much easier. Nothing but great things to say!

They were very helpful in assisting us with the search for an affordable apartment. Whenever we had questions, they were always available to answer any doubts; very good communication. We are so happy with our new home and comfort.

The management and maintenance teams are outstanding—they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents. They do a fantastic job keeping the property safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly, while continually making improvements that enhance the overall quality of living. The amenities are wonderful, and the location in Arvada is hard to beat—convenient to Denver and close to the mountains. Rental pricing is very reasonable, especially considering everything you get for the price. Three years ago I chose the RP because it was affordable & in a good location. Recently I purchased a townhouse & already miss the maintenance team! We had great neighbors in our building. We called Ralston Park our home for 14 years, and we loved it. The office staff is understanding, caring, and truly make it a community. The Pavillion is a great area to host any family celebration or get together. The Maintenance Team responds quickly and they always have a smile no matter what the job is.
