Raleigh Exchange Apartments

First I feel unsafe. To know that management has changed and I see the difference in such. They are unreliable when it comes to communication, where are charge for things and they don’t do their jobs accurately. For instance pest control charge but no one has come to apartment to spray. The maintenance man gives me an off vibe like he’s tied into management. I found my apartment bedroom light on where I sleep and door was opened not once BUT TWICE. Making me feel unsafe. Wondering is the maintenance man coming into my apartment when I’m away. Mind you my ring camera was even off. So I couldn’t back track it . I went to the office at the time the name woman Hannah whom sadly isn’t working there anymore told me she was going to investigate that because it wasn’t right next thing I know she

My car got stolen twice on the “ City side” Of the apartments which faces my patio and the whole side of the complex that does not have cameras. And there was another incident of someone breaking into cars in the main parking lot. Management is OK. They are not a delight to talk to. Don’t even think about getting your package after 6 o’clock. We do not have access to the concierge lockers. God forbid someone needs to get their medicine or whatever in the lockers after that time. Constant notifications over the same problems. That just goes to show that nothing is being done. The maintenance manager makes me feel very uncomfortable. It seems like this is his first authoritative position. This is my first and last lease here.

I want to say thank you to Jennifer. You are amazing. You turned my really horrible situation into something positive. I appreciate your help today. I love living at the Raleigh exchange and I would recommend anybody live. Maintenance is super fast and current management is super helpful.

Words cannot express how great of a TEAM these women are! Apartments are top notch, fully updated, great location & the customer service & CARE is exceptional! Amanda, Jackie & Hannah were very communicative throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Amanda was consistent, caring about resident needs, and listened patiently. No pressure from them to choose their location, just pure joy & ease working with them! Thank you Amanda! Go see Raleigh Exchange, you won’t be disappointed! You ladies ROCK!!!!

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I expressed that my credit profile isn't the best, but I have no evictions. These people will tell you that you will be approved with conditions & have to pay a higher deposit as long as you have no evictions. Fast forward to now, application denied. If your appearance doesn't meet their expectations, they will scam you out of application fees. I have recently applied elsewhere & I was approved with no problem.
