Rainy Meadows Apartments

To say incompetent would be an understatement….The water is always turned off unexpectedly…When you call and ask why is the water off same excuse “I was just about send out an email”. This happens all the time. They keep going up on rent without any renovations or improvements to the apartments. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for something better. Do not move here unless you like hearing loud music all times of the night and day. No security on site and frequent water outages 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Real estate is all about location. Value is what you get for what you pay. I think this community is good value for what you pay. The property gets the job done. My suggestions for improvement? AFTER HOURS drop off for rent checks and mail for forwarding. Close the holes in fences being used by stray dogs and cats. Regulate poop from residents animals better. Improve on the trash collection because the trash dumpster overfills. Maybe one more dumpster? Parking is tight - I think they should reserve one space near each unit. This is my biggest issue with living here. There is a pest problem that can be worked on more…from OUTSIDE the buildings….shared fences, etc. Even with these issues. For anyone who wants to live around here, this is a good option.

I I never left a review before I guess it’s the first time for everything. when I moved to this apartment it was pretty chill. Nothing crazy. I don’t know if the manager had always been this shady (Karla Solis) but they need the fire the whole crew. My car got stolen inside of the apartment complex with multiple cameras on August 3rd,2025. That’s when my problems started with Rainy Meadows Apartment. For me, it was no big deal. You know there’s cameras and it’s inside my apartment complex. You know they’ll help me find it. man, was I wrong, they refused to help told me go the cops. If I want to see the cameras. I didn’t wanna believe it, but Karla helped steal my car. Karla refused to let me see the camera because she’s trying to protect one of her family members or whoever she is mess wit

These apartments was so great a few years ago ms . Alexis and Dulce was awesome . Letting both of them leave was the worst choice the management company could have made . The new lady Ivan is sooo rude and not a people’s person . Dulce knew everyone by name this new lady could care less she just wants the money . Not a community anymore . I’m glad I moved . Maintenance is the best Hugo , Edward , just everyone on the maintenance team deserve the highest salary they can give . But Ivan she needs a personality if you want to keep families she needs training . Cause she’s the rudest person. Also if you like getting chased by stray dogs this community is for you . Or if you like to step on dog poo as well they do that very well here !

UPDATE (4/4/25): I originally gave this place 5 stars because I was living there and wanted no problems for me or my family. BUT! Coming from a two story five bedroom home in one of the best neighborhoods in Mo City and having to downsize because financial changes to dealing with outdated kitchen and bath with roaches that were uncontrollable. I’ve NEVER lived or dealt with roaches. When my husband and I came to look at the apt, I asked the property mgr if roaches was a problem, she told me no. The day of move in, I’m cleaning out the cabinets and saw nothing but roach stains and their eggs in the cabinets. We refused to use three of of the cabinets because roaches have been sprayed with shellac into the damn cabinets! The cabinets from my understanding had been there since the build
