They don't know how long it will take to fix anything or even send anyone out to find out what the problem is and if they do it will be Hispanics that probably don't speak English or even understand what the problem is. They won't won't even take a bill from certified people that been doing certain jobs for years, the don't take care of the property properly or even send a exterminator out to spray or pit stuff down for roaches.

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTYS FROM RAINTREE PROP OR ANY OF IT'S SHELL COMPANYS.YOU WILL BE CHEATED UPON LEAVING WITH BOGUS CHARGES.I rented a prop for 3yrs was a good tennant and always paid rent on time and never caused ANY damages to property.they either would not fix anything or would take weeks to do simple repairs.the owner and staff lie,are extremely dishonest and rude.upon leaving they tryed to charge me for things that were in disrepair when i moved in or that i was not responsible for.the bill they sent is fraud.spoke with the owner(tommy strickland) and manager (brandy jackson)upon proving the charges were fraud,i was asked to leave .the owner of this property is an extremley dishonest man who preys on the poor because they cant afford a legal fight.these people should be put in jail
