Rainier Vista Senior Apartments

My sister lives in the Rainier Vista senior apartments in Pacific. Managed by FPI Management. I ordered a Christmas gift for my sister from Amazon and had it sent directly to her, it was delivered on December 17th to the office. Today is January 29th and she still has not gotten it. The phone number listed for the apartments goes to the property management company FPI, we have called several times, no one ever answers, we never get a person just a voicemail. We have left numerous messages and have not received one response. I have just filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and am researching other ways to take action as stealing someone else's mail is a Federal Crime!

Things have REALLY gone downhill in the last few months. There used to be a magnet on site who would take care of things. Now requests for maintenance aren’t fulfilled and you can’t reach anyone unless you want to rent an apartment. Current tenants? NOPE. I’d stay away until they make their current tenants a priority again.

My dad has lived here for several years and I come in each month to pay his rent and the lady in the office I think her name is Jessica is such a sweetheart! I know my dad can be difficult at times but she handles it so well I hope this One sticks around!

My 80 year old dad moved here a little over a year ago. Within months most everyone knew his name and I am frequently told by the residents "to not worry" and "that we all keep an eye on him". He loves visiting with everyone's little dogs. Also, the manager, Shauna, and him love to razz each other. My dad makes his way to her office just to visit with her. I believe that these apartments are the perfect place for him.

This is a really great place. My grandma has lived here for a few years now and really enjoys it. It's right next door to the senior center which is perfect for her. The manager, Shauna is so sweet and helpful, my grandma absolutely adores her. They have individual gardens in the back which my grandma loves and always shows it off when we visit.
