Rainbow Hills Apartments

I lived here for about 9 years the rent is decent but,the manager is lazy when it comes time to renew your lease she puts it off for about 5 to 6 years. She says she's busy when you do call. Repairs sometimes took up to 3 weeks to get done then she tries to blame the tenant. She will tell people that are looking for a place to live there are no u its available when there are some. This leads me to belive that she is picking and choosing who lives here. I was given a renewal notice on the 3rd the of August then on the 4th I was issued a vacate notice for rent not being paid on the 3rd. Like most people I work long hours and somtimes get paid after the due date I wasn't even given a chance to get my payment to them. If you stand out front and she sees you she will tell you it looks ghetto an
