Lived here for 3 years. Loved the floorplan, however the ladies in the office were so rude and disrespectful I chose to move. And you absolutely will not get your deposit back. They will make you try to take legal action, knowing most people won't. I have never moved from an apartment and not gotten a good portion of my deposit back.

Its a 1 star because I was told they don't do consign and also if u have a mortgage on your records you cant apply and the lady was rude telling us No on everything basically you cant have anything on your record and have perfect credits and rental history no consign or mortgage even if you family or friends will try to help u out told us only 1 person needs to apply is crazy if you don't want us here just say so .

Pool is open only from mid June to first week of September. Forget about getting your deposit back. Very disappointing place. Lived there only a year. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The managers are awesome and the maintenance team helps fast. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Safest apartment complex ive live at so far.
