Railyard Flats Apartments

I rented a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Fourth Street Flats and had a great experience. Because of that, I am now looking into renting at Railyard Flats this summer, where Brianna is also the property manager, if availability allows. Brianna was absolutely outstanding, professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to her tenants. As someone who has rented my entire adult life, I can confidently say she is the best property manager I’ve worked with. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to rent from a property she manages again.

Lived here for two years and moved to get a roommate and a few other amenities but this was my first home in Santa Fe and it was so fun ☀️ incredible location to put yourself in the middle of the movement of a new place. I could hear and watch live music and art events from my porch overlooking the mountains. Any request for maintenance was done very quickly and they even did a washing machine upgrade without having to ask them. Brianna and staff work hard to keep it a wonderful place to live and play.

We rented a one bedroom, second floor unit as a Santa Fe pied a terre but quickly started to consider it as a permanent home. Being smack in the middle of the Railyard District offered so much in the way of entertainment, culture and cuisine and all within a couple of blocks. The Farmers Market, Site Santa Fe and the Violet Crown Theater are all stand out experiences. The building itself is very well designed with a refreshing, modern look and managed brilliantly. Onsite staff (Brianna, Manager and Luis, Building Super) foster an active and welcoming community among tenants along with totally responsive maintenance. Although we eventually decided to purchase a home in Santa Fe, we will remember our year at Railyard Flats with fondly.

Brianna is the best!!! Gets things fixed so quickly and cares about the residents. The location is incredible .. I don’t even have to have a car. My view is breathtaking! Also the maintence staff are so efficient and prompt. A very enjoyable place to live.

One of the first to move into RYF, I am very happy to still be here as our home is being built. Easily the nicest complex in Santa Fe located in a hip part of town. Staff is excellent; with maintenance responding immediately and the site manager is very professional while projecting a fully engaged friendliness to residents. Management helps connect a real sense of community that ranges from 92yo to 24yo... Makes for great BBQs and Mixers.
