My tour with Erica was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I currently live downtown and I am very excited about this new build. I will surely be applying once my lease is up in May. Pricing was very affordable, considering the elevated finishes and brand new construction. Definitely recommended.

Short version: The unit was great, but communication and transparency from Brandi were lacking. The location raised some concerns, and I did not get to see the rest of the community. I would not recommend this community primarily due to ongoing communication issues with the leasing agent, Brandi. I initially scheduled an appointment to tour the community and arrived on time, only to be informed that the appointment had been canceled due to construction. I never received a cancellation notice and was told it was a system issue. While I understood, the lack of communication was frustrating. Brandi agreed to allow me to view a unit, despite stating she technically was not allowed to do so. I viewed the specific unit I was interested in, and at that time was told there were eight available. I
