Recently moved into a new house and during our home inspection, we hired Radon Testing Labs to check for radon, and they found double the EPA recommended limit for radon. The day after the seller gave us possession, Radon Testing Labs installed a mitigation system in our basement that is working great. The installation team we extremely kind, quick, and professional. All the fittings and piping looks professional and flush with the walls. Later, I’ll build a wooden enclosure around the pipe to hide it fully. The fan is quiet and mitigating the radon very well. Added the warranty for the fan system in case it burns out over time. Great team, great work, reasonably priced, easy to schedule, responsive follow-up and customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Just as all of the good reviews say- Radon Testing Labs, Inc. is amazing and a pleasure to purchase a Radon Mitigation System from; they actually brought down the Radon level with their standard system close to background levels. The system is so efficient that it instantly lowered the high humidity level in the house to from 65% to a steady 57%. The tester was also amazingly prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable about Radon testing. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work - neat, clean, quick, efficient, and effective. VERY professional. Definitely the place to go to for testing and Radon Mitigation Systems. Matt is a true pro! The founder/owner of this company is tops in this field, and it shows. They know their stuff! A team of 2 led by Cody came to install the Mitigation System along with an electrician that they obtained. All questions asked were immediately and clearly answered. I didn't have to do anything except let them into my garage.

After days of attempting to cancel an appointment for a test via phone and their website, I called this morning to get that confirmation. The person I spoke to not only failed to apologize but was rude. I imagine their radon testing is good, but their front office needs to get their act together!

We had radon readings in our house at a level that required mitigation. I contacted 5 companies for estimates and selected Radon Testing Labs because of their ratings, detail in their quote and price. I scheduled the mitigation and RTL's installation crew of two showed up on time and ready to work. They listened to my input on the location of the system, discussed the tradeoffs and went to work. Another difference with some of the other companies is that RTL arranged for electricians to wire the fan motor and the cost was included in their quote. Other companies expected me to find, schedule and pay for this separately. In 2.5 hours, they were finished, cleaned up and the fan was spinning.
