Radius West Condominiums

I wish we moved anywhere else. We’ve lived in a lot of communities and this is by far the worst. It’s embarrassing bringing people here because there is so many obvious issues all around. 10/10 do not recommend living here. Living here at radius west has been the worst experience ever. A complete nightmare. If our concerns are addressed at all, they are done so with attitude, resentment, and not done correctly or in full. Dani in the leasing office has hung up on me multiple times. She was so sweet and caring until we moved in. She got us.. We’ve had two cases of mold now. Our humidity in our unit hasn’t gone below 50% once and goes all the way up to 79% we have been here since September and you can tell they were aware of the issues and that they just painted over everything, cracks from

Been here a year and just renewed for another year. My son and I are very comfortable and feel safe here. Office staff is great and on top of calls and emails. Maintenance men are great, no long waits for any fixes. I definitely recommend to people I know and are looking.

1) no cameras, they ask for you to get your own. 2) car theft happens at least once a year; my car was stolen. 3) I was asked to move out within a month; when I did move out in time frame I was still hit with a fee for not giving notice. 4) I was told that after they knew how much I owed them they would call me and give me the opportunity to pay before they sent it to a debt collector; that never happened. 5) to expensive for the few amenities they offer. There are government apartments that offer more amenities for less money. 6) They do not enforce their rules. People blare music at all hours, work on their cars at all hours. Management does nothing to make it stop.

I live on the first floor and have to hear people running around and riding scooters in their apartment. And they blaring music until 1 or 2 in the morning. The property managers do nothing when you complain. And on top of that they raise your rent every year and cars get catalytic converters stole all the time. And then want to have your car towed even though it’s insurance but damaged in the front. These apartments are not worth 1250 a month! Currently a resident looking to move. The only reason they have all the 5 star reviews is because they were giving out $25 gift cards for good reviews!
