Radius at The Domain

I wouldn’t wish this apartment complex on my worst enemy. To start, our unit wasn’t ready when they initially told us it would be ready. In fact, they hadn’t even finished painting our unit but they decided to tell us in person at our move in time instead of giving us some kind of notice. They later told me they had known they were behind two days prior to our move in date. Then when we were finally able to move in, the AC wasn’t working at all…we moved in mid August so it was boiling in the unit. Mind you, they also made the painters and the make ready employees work in this temperature. I also hate bugs so I almost lost my mind when a roach quite literally crawled across my face when I was in bed. Finally, I moved out early due to domestic violence within the unit. I recently toured Radius at The Domain and had a great experience. Cele was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful during the tour. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The community looks great, and I’ll definitely be back to fill out my application. Friday night I had the pipe under my master bathroom sink bust out of nowhere and it was after hours. I called and maintenance was at my door within minutes. They closed everything off, vacuumed all of the water- it was all over the bathroom and bedroom. Then they replaced the piping and angle stops- and bonus I even got a new faucet. Maintenance was very good at communicating what they were doing and showing me everything that was going on, which made me very happy. Thank goodness they responded so quickly because my floors did not get damaged even though there was a lot of water. I really appreciate their immediate response.

Radius has been our home for the last 5 years and through out this year has improved so much! Update: on 01/21/26 they informed residents that there was going to be a water shout down from 9-2pm, I am writing this review on the same day at 6:10 pm, and the water has not come back. I appreciate the lease agents being responsive, but management needs to work on these updates and have plan B’s since most residents made plans around their original communication.

We’ve lived here almost three years. For the first two years things were fine, but this past year has been a nightmare. Our apartment has flooded twice because of old pipes. Since tenants can’t shut off the water, we had to wait for emergency maintenance while water spread through the unit. Maintenance has done their best, but management ignores us. After the last flood, we reported breathing issues and asked for a mold inspection. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. Despite multiple emails, management hasn’t responded or shown any concern. If you’re thinking about moving here, know that management does not address tenant issues even with flooding, mold, and basic livability.
