Radius at Shadow Creek Ranch

I’m a current resident here at radius for about two months now, and I’m very pleased so far. My apartment was very clean and maintenance was very responsive to all the small things that needed attention. Silvia in the front office made my leasing experience very smooth and easy. She was always there to answer any questions and take care of all matters that I had.

I’m so grateful for how the front staff have treated me throughout the full process. Mrs.Gail was truly helpful and understanding she made sure all of might questions were answered before I started my application as well as Mrs.Silvia they both went above and beyond to make sure my move went excellent and smooth. They were extremely professional from the beginning to the end! Huge shout out to Mrs.Gail and Mrs.Silvia!

Great place to live! The management team is very professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The amenities are always clean and well-maintained, and the overall community is peaceful and welcoming. Customer service is excellent, and any concerns are handled quickly. I highly recommend this apartment complex! 😊

I had a great experience with my recent experience at Radius. As soon as I walked in they were very welcoming and informative. They were very knowledgable with the area and schools around the area which helped me out tremendously. The property was clean and the floor plan that I liked was perfect for me. I’m looking forward to moving here as soon as we get transferred and see your wonderful staff again Thank you ladies

Sylvia, the assistant manager, is absolutely amazing! She’s always helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with care. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and wants residents to have a great experience. She truly deserves recognition!
