Radiant Title

November 2013, I was advised by realtor to use Radiant Title. I was new to the area and buying a small home. At closing, there were issues with the closing disclosure that had to be corrected. Now today, I am trying to refinance my home. The title agency I am using called to inform me a Tenn Care lien was still showing on my property that should have been released with the original closing. I called Radiant and spoke with Janet Neil concerning the matter. She informed me, they did not keep my files from the closing ( should keep on file at minimum 10 years). It was not up to her to locate my file, although In 2013 I paid for a Title Policy and other closing costs. I again attempted to get her to help and she refused, yet again. Most horrible unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Mr. Pratt is a joke. Leslie is a joke. Victoria is a joke. We were supposed to close on May 10. Then they changed it to May 31. Then we were told it couldn't be the 31st coz Attorney Greg Pratt had gone on a 2-week vacation. Then he said when he came back all he needed was to talk to one more person. Then he said there were still unanswered questions. Then he said we should go to another title company. All this time we are trying to close on our house! At this time we had been dealing with Radian Title for 9 weeks but the story goes on. So since it is a cash deal, we decided to just close on the house without title insurance and Radiant said they would do the closing. We originally set closing date for Aug 2 but one of our parties

I am very pleased to say that as a realtor who has worked w many title agents in my 30+yrs in business, I had an amazing experience working with Karen Mead and Joy Hilton on a double closing.
