This management allows harassment towards tenants and refused any basic communication like they don't have mouths. The super is there to perform maintenance, not pal up with aggressive bullies, enable their behavior and and then copy it. All evidence is collected on the ring camera

Rachlin Management is an excellent managing agent for co-ops and condos. The day to day management is outstanding. Strategic management of financing, maintenance projects and renovation projects is superb.

Stay away from these crooks. The only way to get them respond to anything is thru a lawyer. Curious how these people stay in business. Take my advise, communicate only by E-mails with these guys so you can document everything.
