I lived here for about two years and had a great experience. Holly in the front office was great both during move in and when I moved out. Met all kinds of interesting people - mostly business minded and startup. Not really a place for kids - predominantly business people, lots running their own companies.

I'm moving! Nice studio with new appliances and family big bathroom. Great location. The application process has been slow.

I dont usually write reviews, do NOT live here! Shady/borderline illegal behavior from the leasing office, took 90% of my deposit to basically re-do the entire unit, & nothing close to a luxury experience living here. Can list all the awful features of this company, save yourself the hassle!

My 12 months at R2 were definitely challenging and I was happy to finally move at the end of my initial lease. Many of the frustrating problems we encountered can be grouped in 2 categories: - The building itself is cheaply built and we had multiple water emergency shut-offs in the middle of a day, out-of-order elevators, and hours long loud "fire alarms testings". The walls and windows are also very thin so you will definitely hear noise coming from the pool area. I lived for 10+ years in similar apartment buildings before R2 and sent a maximum of 2 or 3 maintenance requests during this period versus 25+ requests in the 12 months here. - Some residents are a serious problem for the rest of the community: We received multiple alerts from management about packages theft (they are all le

Beautiful building with an all star staff. Everyone here is super professional while also being just really good people. Freddy, the maintenance man, is a rock star and handles all requests super fast! The front office staff are just the sweetest, most helpful people you can hope to find, especially Holly and Michael! Aside from the staff, the building is well maintained and has a great common area and amenities, and they also host occasionally building events to encourage a sense of community that's so missing in this day and age! Can't say enough good things about this place and I'll be sad to move away when the time comes!
