Broker said many things (broken, dirty, non-functional) would be taken care of the apartment prior to move-in (false), claimed certain amenities would be available by a certain date (false), claimed the move-in deposit was refundable (no refund, no response), filled out board package incorrectly, asked us many personal questions about our lifestyle and family, and pressured us into certain lease terms (i.e. board requires 2 year lease, lease is standard and "not changeable" which is false). Nope, not at all. We got a broken, dirty apartment that we paid over $3000 on our own to fix various issues or have fixed ourselves. Would avoid this agency.

Terrible experience working with Alexis Marie G. The whole encounter from start to finish was very stressful and forced. Not to mention THE RACISM this was completely unacceptable. I couldn’t find anything of her on the website so I’m not entirely sold she works there.
