I’ve had a wonderful experience with the property management team and the overall direct team at Avonlea Pointe. The area manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially as things took a little longer to process on the community’s end. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication throughout the process. I felt well taken care of as a future resident with the standards already being set and would recommend this community to others!

I have been dealing with the same unresolved issue in my apartment for the entire three months I have lived here. Despite being assured multiple times by Mishelle and Kathy that the matter was being addressed, the problem persists every night without any noticeable improvement. One of my primary concerns when leasing was the presence of smoke or weed odors, as this poses a significant health issue for my household. Unfortunately, the odor has been a recurring problem since move-in, and the lack of effective action, communication, and accountability from management has been extremely disappointing.

My experience with Avonlea Westside was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We applied to Avonlea Westside and were told we would receive an approval or denial within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened. Instead, we spent over a week calling repeatedly, only to receive constant runarounds: excuses about employment verification delays and management being out of office. Due to the lack of professionalism and the failure to deliver on their promised timeline, we withdrew our application and applied to another community, where we were approved almost immediately given our upstanding rental history, income and credit. I clearly communicated our withdrawal to the leasing office. After leaving honest reviews about our experience, they suddenly issued a denial letter dated July 8th — well

A misunderstaning occured with a property manager. Kathy, there needs to be more leaders like yourself. I know you're under a lot of pressure, and you must have a million important things in your universe. I felt like I was important the entire time we communicated. Thank you for your competency and negotiation and skills. Quintus made the right choice when they chose you to be their area manager. Good job and take care.

We have lived in Avonlea Towne Lake for almost 3 years and have been very happy with the management. I’ve lived in many other complexes where it’s hard to get ahold of the office, maintenance is slow and sloppy, and the staff is unhelpful, so when coming to Avonlea, I thought I may be in for the same type of deal but NO WAY! The staff here is extremely helpful (and always very pleasant), available during business hours and maintenance is quick and usually the job is done correctly on the first time around! I have been extremely happy with the management here in our 3 years and we will probably stay here until we are ready to move on to a house because of it.
