The apartment complex I have had the misfortune of residing in for three years is undoubtedly the worst I have encountered. Regrettably, I have experienced two instances of my car being broken into and windows being vandalized. Currently, the office staff is inaccessible. Last month, management offered a late rent payment option due to the window damage, but I have consistently paid rent on time and prefer not to utilize this offer. Instead, I believe a rent deduction would be more suitable. The property manager's frequent absences and unavailability during designated office hours are concerning. Warning! The gated parking garage has lights and cameras, I’ve never seen security and it’s not safe to park your car here. Shattered windows and scratches on doors from car break ins is what you will experience. park at your own risk. Seems to be an area where crime is extremely high all day everyday.

my car has been broken in 3 times and stolen once , property can’t do anything about it . it’s been multiple times where EVERYONE in the complex windows have been bussed out and no one is doing anything about it. i have asked to get referred to a sister property or something and no one has even gotten back to me ! the doors that are suppose to require a card to get in?? ARE BROKEN . leaving the cars easy to access

They are a terrible management company!!! They allow street walkers to access the hallways and stairways of the apartments!! They have no security cars are broken into over 5 times inside the gated access area!!! They refuse to do anything to help secure the building!!!!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IT IS NOT SAFE!!! THEY ALLOW ANYONE ACCESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SECURE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND BECAUSE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE LACK OF SECURITY!!!! CARS GET BROKEN INTO AND HOMELESS PEOPLE PEE IN THE HALLWAYS AND WALK THE HALLS WHERE THE RESIDENTS LIVE!!!!
