Edith is nothing short of amazing! She responded promptly and in detail. She was patient with all of my Mom’s questions and even went out of her way to meet us on a Sunday evening. She stayed to make sure we were able to work the portal and get the deposit paid too. I would highly recommend working with Edith Belen.

Sandra was by far the easiest leasing staff member I have ever worked with. She is kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond and genuinely happy to help. My apartment building in Mt Washington has very kind and quiet neighbors. The move-in process was seamless, there are constant rewards for being a good tenant (paying on time/early, looking out for your neighbors, and referral bonuses) and maintenance is extremely efficient. Highly recommend!

Alyssa and Edith were both so sweet and helpful during my entire move in process. Alyssa worked really hard to make my transition simple and painless from start to finish.

Sandra is wonderful. Always speedy response and very thorough when going over the documents. The promotion that is currently running has by far been the best I've seen around the city. It seems they care a great deal of what their tenants think and strive for excellence. Can't wait to finish moving in to officially call it home. Thanks for your help Sandra. She even checked in on me when I ended up going to the hospital with flu symptoms to see if there was anything she could do to help.that meant something to me! Edited to add that she even helped me and my son unload our uhaul van and helped us move our stuff in on our 3rd floor apartment. She definitely is an asset to the company
