I’m genuinely impressed with Quasar Management. From day one, they’ve shown what professional property management looks like. They quickly resolved a persistent issue I had with the Association that the previous management company had left lingering for far too long—problem solved within weeks of Quasar taking over. Their compulsory inspection policy is brilliant. During my inspection, they discovered plumbing issues I never knew existed. I’m so grateful they caught this early before it became a major (and expensive!) problem. This kind of proactive management protects our investments and gives me real peace of mind. Warning to Condo Boards: Our association experienced serious legal exposure after Quasar Management implemented a condo fee increase that violated our bylaws and lacked required approval. Resident objections were ignored, and the board is now facing potential lawsuits as a result. Boards should proceed with extreme caution and consult independent legal counsel before following Quasar’s recommendations. UPDATE Clarification: I am the author of this review. Quasar has been very transparent with the homeowners during board meetings to inform us of the state of our situation and the steps needed to resolve it. They were brought in during a time of chaos but their efforts have proven to bring good results.

Raised condo fees almost $200/month (with an assessment of an additional $100)! They still haven’t gotten our call boxes up and running after three months, NO amenities, carpet in building is nasty; they been promising replacement for years now, balconies need painting, the air is OFF in the common areas in JULY. However, they are charging ALL this money and assessment (for 2 years); we have nothing to show for this astronomical increase, it’s so frustrating!! Bowie Towers used to be a great community 10 years ago, but now it’s gone to the dogs! It’s so mismanaged, and the home owners now have to suffer from incompetence!!! 🙄🤷🏾‍♂️ I will update my review when I see some progress!

Excellent service! The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Communication was clear, expectations were met, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended!
